Tennessee Brook Trout...

Dr. Richard Davis, president of the Cumberland TU chapter in Nashville, is spearheading the TN Conservation Plate for the Cumberland Chapter.  TU currently has 650 of the 1,000 plates that they need to get the plate to press.  In order to achieve that goal, they have chosen to offer incentives to organizations that will help.

Dick, proposed a target for the MSFF of 50 new plates.  We emphasize new because several members of the MSFF have already purchased plates.  For each plate, the person will pay the standard $35 vanity plate fee.  If MSFF can sell 50 or more plates, the organization will receive $17.50 for each plate to be used for conservation programs.  For 50 plates, the sum is $875 plus $17.50 for each plate above 50.  It is a nice windfall for simply supporting a good cause.
